The consultants/nurses are very friendly, non judgmental and straightforward. The process was very professional and I was able to go at my own pace during appointments. My options were explained clearly when I was given my diagnosis. I can’t express on how grateful I am I felt like things were more positive. Highly recommend Can’t wait to start my new counselling with them. I was seen fairly quickly it was all done within a couple of weeks of my Doctor sending off the form I also had the right to choose.
