Our ADHD Medication Titration Package is available to adults who have received an ADHD diagnosis through HealthHarmonie Minds or another suitable qualified provider.
Following your enquiry, our Administration Team will contact you to request a copy of your ADHD diagnostic report and Patient Summary Record. These documents help our clinical team understand your medical history and ensure that prescribing decisions can be made safely. Your information will then be reviewed to ensure it meets our clinical and prescribing requirements before an appointment can be arranged.
Please note: Medication costs are not included within the package price and are payable separately.

Book Your Titration Appointment
To use this service, you must have an existing ADHD diagnosis and be able to provide a summary care record and proof of ADHD diagnosis.
Our clinical team will review this to ensure it meets our prescribing requirements. If your report does not meet the required clinical standards then any fees paid for the titration service will be refunded.
Your booking includes one initial titration appointment and two follow-up appointments with a specialist prescribing clinician to help find the right ADHD medication and dosage for you.
Please note that your first appointment is to assess the suitability to prescribe. Attending this appointment does not guarantee that medication will be prescribed, as all prescribing decisions are made by the clinician following a full clinical review. If medication is not considered appropriate following your first assessment, no refund will be issued as the appointment will have taken place.
