As a Psychologist, you will oversee the psychological care of individuals with ADHD by providing assessments, formulating treatment plans, and delivering specialist psychological interventions. You will lead a remote-based psychology team and ensure the use of evidence-based practices such as CBT, mindfulness-based approaches, and behavioural therapies tailored to ADHD management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a clinical caseload of individuals with ADHD, conducting remote assessments, and designing treatment plans.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary remote team, contributing to clinical meetings, and driving innovations to enhance service delivery.
- Support the clinical team in developing individualized strategies to improve patient outcomes and engagement.
- Participate in service development initiatives, ensuring the implementation of best practices and innovative approaches.
- Contribute to governance processes and quality improvement activities.
Qualifications and Experience:
Expertise in ADHD assessment, formulation, and intervention, including experience with the DIVA 5 questionnaire.
Knowledge of evidence-based approaches for ADHD (e.g., CBT, behavioral strategies).
Experience in using remote technologies to deliver psychological care.
Competency in psychological assessments, including ADHD-specific tools.
